WE Lead: Leadership Development For Women

WE Lead is a 10-month leadership program, offered by the Cincinnati Chamber of Commerce, designed to empower talented women in mid-to-upper level management positions, business owners, and top leaders to explore and further develop their leadership skills in order advance their career and organization. Through a combination of professional development and coaching, WE Lead provides women with the leadership tools and strategies necessary to achieve exceptional success.

WE Lead runs for 10 months beginning with a kickoff reception in September and concludes with a graduation ceremony in June. There is a two-day overnight retreat held at Deer Creek State Park in late September. The rest of the year consists of five full day sessions meeting once a month at various locations throughout the Cincinnati region. Four half day facilitated mastermind group coaching sessions are held at the Chamber during the alternate months. The program also includes two private sessions with a professional coach
